Progress Reports
There are three children that has progress reports past due. Infant progress reports are not being done every three months as required by EEC.
The poles in the child care space need to be rewrapped with padding. Need a working carbon monoxide detector for the first floor.

Safe Sleep
Progress Reports
First aid and CPR expired on 9/11/2021. The provider was instructed to close at the end of the day. She must renew first aid and CPR before reopening her program. The first aid and CPR policy was emailed to her. EEC trying to help her find first aid and CPR classes. The provider stated she was having a hard time finding classes in her area.
The small blanket next to the sleeping infant in the playpen. The infant safe sleep policy was sent to the provider with the letter for the parent to sign sign when the provider completed the letter. The letter is to be kept in the file. The Safe Sleep Pledge was sent to the provider. And the provider will be required to complete the Safe Sleep Training again. The licensor will conduct a follow up visit for compliance with the infant safe sleep policy and procedures.
