At the time of the visit, the educator did not have her parent handbook accessible.
At the time of the visit, the licensor observed that the educator has not been alternating the times of the evacuation drills. In addition, the educator used the same route for the evacuation drills conducted in April and May. The licensor also observed that the educator had been documenting the date under the effectiveness section of the drill log rather than documenting the time of the drill.
The licensor observed a plugged in heater.

The water temperature tested 144.6*F degrees exceeding the maximum of 120*F degrees allowed per regulation.
1. There was an unlocked cabinet under the bathroom sink with soap and disinfectant spray accessible to children. 2. The educator needs to cover the 6 poles in the basement with an appropriate padding material.

1. At the time of this visit this licensor observed that the bathroom has not been clean in days by evidence of the toilet having standing pee, the bathroom had a strong smell to ammonia and the toilet had a brown ring. The sink was also not clean. 2. The educator and assistant are not maintaining proper bathroom supervision by not ensuring that children are flushing the toilet.
This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
There were TV cables and antena cables accessible to children in the daycare room.
