1. There were tires stacked up in the backyard accessible to children. 2. There is a large metal toolbox with unlocked drawers with tools, extension cords, paint cans and other items accessible to children. 3. There were metal baseball bats accessible to younger children in the backyard posing a potential danger to children. 4. The educator has one smoke detector not working in the dining room.
The educator must arrange furnishings and fixtures safely with sharp edges protected and a such a way to not present hazards to children. The licensor observed a glass table with broken corner. Observed a glass table with sharp corners and it has a broken piece on the top.
The licensor observed the outdoor play area not free from hazards when the licensor observed 2 open trash containers and one bucket of water accessible to the children.
