At the time of the visit, the licensor observed the following indoor hazard: 1)The water temperature was 130*F.
The licensor reviewed a sample packet of children records and observed the following: 1)Child #2 is missing a lead test in Childfile. 2)Child #2 has an expired physical report and immunization last dated since 2/18/2025. 3)Child #3 needs a lead test, as no prior history was observed in the physical report.

At the time of the visit, the licensor observed the attendance record to be blank. The educator quickly went into the daycare room and begin to fill out the attendance log with the children's arrival time and departure time.
At the time of the visit, the educator was using a bedroom that is not licensed by EEC to store the diapering and changing table and extra clothing for every individual child.
