Licensor observed the following outdoor hazards: 1. uncovered grill 2. industrial fan on top of a table 3. An uncoiled hose lying on the floor. 4. trampoline 5. extensions cords accessible 6. concrete bags in the floor at the entrance to the backyard space 7. A trash can without a lid and without a garbage cover with a used child's diaper inside. 8. The entrance to the exterior space is through a gazebo with a wooden floor. At the entrance there is a lack of wood on the floor representing a fall hazard.
