The licensor observed that the educator was not following appropriate diapering procedures by no washing the child’s hands and no having a diapering disposable trash container.
1. The indoor thermostat showed a room temperature of 76*F degrees exceeding the maximum of 72*F degrees allowed per regulation, some rooms felt very warm. 2. There was one unlocked cabinet door and 2 unlocked drawers under the bathroom sink with Lysol, Ajax, liquid soap, sprays, creams and oil freshener accessible to children in the bathroom.

The educator is not conducting progress reports every 3 months for infants as required.
The educator was not providing appropriate outdoor supervision when the licensor observed that the educator was focused on a video call with someone while the children were playing.
The following was found at the time of this visit: 1. The licensor observed that the educator was using a floor fans accessible to children outdoors with the children playing near. 2. The educator had the dog’s food and water accessible to children in the dining room.
Although the educator has some age appropriate materials, the educator needs science and math materials.
1. The educator has 3 playpen that the mats are dirty by having multiple stains. 2. The playpen have been used without a fitted sheet to sleep younger children.

Licensor observed there was a pack and play located in the dining room area. The {REDACTED} child was not observed napping, but the pack and play did not have a fitted sheet on mattress.
Licensor observed peeling paint on the closet door located in the Dining/Activity room.

The secondary exit has the following hazards: There was an uncovered grill with a gas tank, a bucket with water and trash accessible to children on the secondary exit walkway.
The following hazard were found in the backyard. 1. There was 2 bags of sand and 3 bags of plant soil bags accessible to children in the backyard. 2. There was a brick step posing a possible tripping hazard. 3. There was a wheel barrel and a rake accessible to children in the backyard.
