The licensor observed the following outdoor hazards: 1)The pool filter was accessible to children, posing a safety hazard. 2)An exterior electrical outlet was accessible to children, posing a safety hazard. 3)The decks gate closest to the parking lot was broken as a damaged panel was observed and poses a safety hazard. 4)The stairs had open spaces between the slats, posing a falling hazard.
