The licensor reviewed an envelope where the educator claimed to be writing the children's times in and times out. The licensor observed a date with no time in and no child’s name. The licensor also observed a school age child coming into the childcare and the educator had not written the time in of the child coming in. The educator states that she had no copies of her attendance sheets, yet the licensor observed a blank attendance sheet with missing attendance information for the week of 2/23/2026-2/27/2026.
The licensor observed the following indoor hazards: 1)Two aerosol sprays on top of the bathroom accessible to children. 2)A bucket of water mixed with chemical on the bathroom floor accessible to children. 3)The water temperature in the bathroom was 130*F at the time of the visit.

The licensor reviewed a sample packet of children records and observed the following: 1)Child #1 was missing information on page 7 of the enrollment packet, which needs physiscian or health care professional, and emergency contact person.
The educator has a child enrolled in childcare with life saving allergies and an Epi-pen medication. The educator stated that she does not have the Epi-pen medication in her childcare. it expired on 1/31/2026.The licensor discussed that the IHCP must be signed by the parent and dated and ensure that the prescribed EpiPen is available and accessible at the childcare program at all times.
The licensor observed a window cord in the bathroom that was longer than 4 inches and accessible to children at the time of the visit.

There was a bin and boxes stored in the kitchen making the space cluttered. There was a stand up hair dryer also stored in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were not locked at the time of the visit. According to the educator, the locks had broken recently.
Back door does not open fully due to items stored in the hallway.
