Last fire drill documented is from 5.20.26. Educator is not documenting fire drills on the evacuation/smoke detector logos.
Licensor observed FA kit and it was missing gauze roll and children emergency cards.
The educator stated that there is a firearm in the house. In 2024, the educator gave parents a letter informing them of this. The educator needs to inform new students in the program.

Licensor observed the record for every child and the following was noted: Child #1- ok Child #2- no physical description, incomplete developmental history, outdated lead screening Child #3- ok Child #4- ok Child #5- missing doctors information, no signature on parental visit notification, general permission section and developmental history section are empty.

Missing lead screening. Child #2- ok Child #3- missing date on physical exam. No lead test.
Parents has not been notified in writing of a firearm.
