An above ground pool was observed covered and without stairs. The pool measures 3. 5 ft height. Stairs leading to the pool area, are not barricaded.
Outdoor Playspace - Hazards
Attendance for the day was not accurately documented. It was indicating there were 4 children present, when there were 3.
Licensor observed drawers and cabinet under the sink were unlocked and containing beauty products, lotions, etc. Water temperature was 140*F, exceeding the limit of 120*F.

Educators adult son was having lunch in the dining area, upon Licensors arrival. Educator stated that he visits regularly for lunch time. It was explained to Educator that her son needs to undergo fingerprinting as a person regularly on the premises.

Licensor did not observe a sufficient amount of toys for a license capacity of 8. In addition, no school age materials were observed.
No thermometer was available in the refrigerator. Educator placed it during the visit, and it was reading 50*F.
Licensor observed first aid kit and 2 emergency cards were outdated.

Although Licensor observed parent handbook, it was empty.
Two progress reports are outdated. Three progress reports have no evidence of having discussed with families.
Doctor-signed IHCP information about a child with food allergy was not added to the allergy list.
