The licensor observed that the educator has a climbing structure cube in the backyard. According to the educator she installed this structure about 2 years ago. 1. Climbing structure does not have the appropriate impact absorbing material or the 6 ft fall zone around it.
The educator did not have a diapering changing mat available at the time of this visit.
