The licensor reviewed a sample packet of children records and observed the following: 1) Child #1 was missing information on page 6 for CPR/first aid and general permission.. The child's file is also missing an updated lead test. 2) Child #2 is missing information on page 7 for her emergency card. The missing information includes the parent guardian contact information and home address.
The educator did not have a curriculum in place with the children.The licensor observed a weekly lesson plan template with no dates. The licensor discussed that the licensee must have evidence of a plan describing how program activities support and engage children through specific learning experiences. Such plan must be appropriate to the ages and development of the children served, to the length of the program day and to the program objectives. As appropriate, children must participate in the development of the plan,

At the time of the visit, the educator stated that she has a new granddaughter that was born on April 2025. The infant was present during the visit but the educator had not notified EEC of this change in household composition. The licensor discussed this regulation with the educator at the time of the visit.
The licensor observed that the fire evacuation log was not fully complete. The log was missing the required information for February.
The licensor observed the following hazards: 1)An electrical outlet strip that had different cables accessible to the children on the floor.
