The educator’s bedroom had a heavy marihuana smell. According to the educator, her boyfriend and brother smoke on the front porch of the home.
Tide Pods were stored loosely on the couch. There is a space heater in the Daycare Room. There was a half full Corona beer bottle and cough medicine on top of the dresser in the educator’s room.

Emergency exit doors could not be opened completely. Two dressers are prohibiting doors from opening completely.
Mop bucket with water was stored in the Activity Area and then moved to the bathroom. Bathroom cabinets were unlocked at the time of the visit allowing children to have access to numerous toiletries. Large ECO hair gel bucket was stored on top of the bathroom counter. Cables from the television and the video cameras are hanging off the wall.
Refrigerator temperature was 50 degrees at the time of the visit.
The educator does not have a curriculum.
Missing extra clothes for some of the children enrolled in the program.
