During this visit the licensors observed that the educator was cooking and left the stove unattended on a few occasions to open the door or to supervise the children in the bathroom while other child was on the daycare room by himself, posing a potential hazard for children. 4. There were shovels and open ice melt salt accessible to children in the back exit hallway.
