There were 4 uncovered electrical outlets accessible to children in the licensed bedroom.
The following hazards were observed: 1. There are shampoos and multiple bar soaps in the bathroom accessible to children. 2. There are multiple perfume sprays lotions and other personal items accessible to children in the bedroom. 3. There is clutter of clothes and bags and boxes in the bedroom and kitchen accessible to children.
The educator did not have gates posted at both primary and secondary exit top of stairs as required per regulation.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
