Permanent fence is less than 4ft height. However, Educator added a protective mesh making it 4ft. The gate to the pool deck has no mesh.
Licensor observed the record for every child enrolled and the following was noted: CHild #1- incorrect date of birth on intake Child #2- general permission section is granting and declining permission at the same time, outdated physical exam. All other records were ok

Licensor observed the following hazards in the outdoor space: 1. 3 nails sticking out of the wooden fence posing a hazard. 2. a loose shelving unit posing a tipping hazard 3. poison ivy plants on the far right 4. a fridge and boxes with bottles at the exit of the backyard
