Extra clothing & assuring children are dressed appropriately for the weather
Missing the child’s description in all the children’s records.
There were fruit flies in the playroom at the time of the visit.
All kitchen cabinets were unlocked at the time of the visit allowing children to have access to hazardous materials. Activity Room was in complete disarray. The electrical fire place is not secured to the wall. Television cables are hanging off the wall.
There is a lot of trash blocking the door in the back yard. There are to unsecured ladders sticking out from behind the shed. There is trash behind the shed.
There is no evidence of curriculum. When asked for a written copy, there were none available.
Missing extra clothing for all children enrolled in the program.
No attendance's record for today 7/16/25 and yesterday 7/15/25.
Upon licensor arrival observed 5 children sleeping on mats with the light off and door closed in the playroom on the lower level. The educator stated she supervised the children with a surveillance camera she has in the room, and monitor from her cell phone.
The educator did not provide written notification to the parents enrolled in her program regarding a firearm on the premises.
The backyard is missing a piece of fence at the end of the back wall. Two outlets were observed uncovered in the bathroom.
