Program Capacity
The educator did not have accurate attendance records for her assistant. The assistant did not document arrival and departure times for the following times: The assistant did not have attendance for the entire month of June 2024, for the month of July (first week and last 2 weeks), for the entire month of Sept 2024 and for Oct 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 2024.
At the time of this visit, the licensor observed that the educator was not providing appropriate supervision when she was left alone without an assistant while supervising 7 children under 5 years of age. The educator said that the assistant went to run an errand while nap time, leaving the educator over ratios for supervision.

The educator was exceeding the capacity of 6+2SA, when she was supervising 7 children under the age of 5 years alone without an assistant.

Water Temperature
The water temperature tested 126.6*F degrees exceeding the maximum of 120*F degrees water temperature allowed per regulation.
1). There was an unbolted shelf in the napping room accessible to children. 2). There were 2 AC cables accessible to children in the licensed space. 3). Water temperature tested 121.5*F degrees exceeding the maximum of 120*F degrees allowed per regulation.
