The licensor reviewed 3 of the children records. The following were observed: 1.Two of the children did not have a physicals. 2.One of the children records did not: A.list allergies or medication. 3.One of the children records did not list the correct days and time of child’s schedule. The licensor observed the schedule listed Monday 8:30am-4:45pm, but the educator stated that the child schedule is Monday-Wednesday8:30am-4:30pm. 4.One of the children records did not have the general permission filled out (page 6 of the enrollment). 5.One of the children records was not complete when the individual health care plan was not available, since the child has an allergy and needs a life saving medication.
