Staff personal belongings were observed in one of the preschool classrooms. Please ensure staff personal belongings are out of reach of children.
At the time of the visit, a child's EpiPen was expired, 8/2024.
1) The medication consent for two medications were not current. 2) A third medication consent form did not include a parent signature.

During a review of child files EEC found medical information to be outdated or not available at the time of the visit.
