Emergency medications readily available
The Staff Records Checklist did not document MMR immunity for one staff, first aid certification for another, and current physical exams for some. The Program Director / Licensee did provide appointment cards and scheduled first aid training information for EEC review.
One child's IHCP for an allergy to peas was not available for EEC review, at the time of the visit.
One child's Epi Pen medication expired in July, 2025.

EEC noted the following potential safety hazards, at the time of the visit: an electrical cord was within reach of children and connected to a microwave. Please secure. Some of the reviewed sippy cups located in the {REDACTED} classrooms were not labeled with the child's name for which they were intended. Lastly, a cabinet, within reach of children, stored glitter and Borax. The cabinet did not have a child safety lock affixed.
EEC reviewed one child's IHCP at the time of the visit. The document was not signed by the child's Healthcare Provider.
