Progress Reports
Provider utilizes CDC developmental checklists for progress reports. Licensor reviewed three random children's files and found two did not have proper progress report frequency. Please remember, for infants and children with identified special needs the progress report must be prepared every three months. For toddlers and preschoolers, the progress report must be prepared every six months. For school age children, the progress report must be prepared at least annually, at the midpoint of the child’s program year.

Provider had the following on file for her Assistant: current FA/CPR expiring on 1/2026 as well as current assistant certificate. Provider did not have record of assistants trainings or record of days worked. Please begin acquiring trainings from assistant to keep on file as well as documenting her presence each day through a staff attendance.
Provider stated that they complete monthly fire drills; however, no record of drills was written down on logs. Please begin recording fire drills each month using a different route each time.
