A review of children's records found the following Medication forms were expired for some children, some allergy plans were expired, EEC IHCP was missing for some children.

A review of staff files found not all staff had evidence of qualifications in thier files.
At the time of the visit staff meetings were not documented for 2 hours each month.

Medication
One child’s medication consent fiord did not have a parent signature and the prescription for [REDACTED] was expired. One child with a food allergy had an expired prescription for [REDACTED]and no current authorization for medication at the program.
At the time of the visit an emergency plan for a child with a [REDACTED] was not current. One child with an a food allergy had an expired IHCP.
Medications are available but one [REDAQCTED] is expired.
One child had an expired [REDACTED].
This renewal - monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

A review of children’s files found that not all children’s consent forms and enrollment forms on file are up to date. Some files did not have signatures and dates on all required forms.
At the time of the visit there was part of the fence in the corner that was in disrepair.
The refrigerator did not have a thermometer in it.
At the time of the visit one of the gates on the fence had a large gap and did not close.
