Need gauze roll, tweezers and adhesive tape for the first aid kit.
Need to renew first aid/CPR before Monday, May 18, 2026 and upload a copy of the certificate. It can’t be online only. First aid/CPR expired November 2025.
Three children need progress reports, educator is not doing the progress reports for the children enrolled. We discussed strengthening this area of doing progress reports as required and staying in compliance with the regulations.

The infant was sleeping in a bedroom with the door shut and a combo lock which a code needed to be entered to get in. The master bedroom is not licensed for child care use.

All the bedrooms that are on the license need to be cleaned and stay in compliance with the regulations when children are present. The infant was sleeping in the master bedroom there are only two bedrooms on the license.

The assistant need the family child care assistant record completed and in his file. The assistant needs to add any current training hours to the registry.

All the children need updated progress. Progress reports are every three months for infants up to fifteen months, every six months for toddlers/preschoolers and once a year for school age children. A child with special needs a progress report is due every three months.
