Infection Control/Hand Washing
During the visit, it was observed that an educator changed a child's diaper without washing their hands afterward. The educator then changed another child's diaper without washing their hands between diaper changes. The educator did not follow the required two-step cleaning and disinfecting process for the diapering surface after each use. The diapering area was not properly cleaned and disinfected between diaper changes.

The program uses a microwave to heat water to warm bottles. The Director and Educators were reminded of the EEC bottle-warming policy and best practices.
An infant carseat obstructed one of the exit/evacuation routes in the Infant/Toddler room. There was a hole in the wall by the gate in the toddler classroom.
Not all baby formula intended for individual use by a child was labeled with the name of the child for whom it is intended.
