Children's Records
Licensor reviewed children's records and two were missing up to date physical and lead tests. Please obtain all documentation from families and update children's records; confirm once completed.
Staff did not wash child's hands after diapering. Please ensure children's hands are washed after diapering and confirm this will be done moving forward.

Chipping and Peeling Paint
Educator did not have progress reports for Licensor to review. Please ensure progress reports are completed and confirm once completed.
There was chipping/peeling paint on the fence. Please remove all paint and confirm once completed; a follow up visit will be scheduled. Also, please upload the Peeling Paint Statement.
The temperature in the refrigerator was 29F degrees. Regulations state that the temperature must be between 32F - 40F degrees.
Licensor randomly reviewed 5 of the children's records during the renewal visit. Of these, 4 were complete and up to date. The 5th record had out of date signatures and medical information. This 5th record also had incomplete enrollment information.

All of the required items were observe in the first aid kit, except a roll of gauze.
Educator does not transport the children in her vehicle. However, Educator does take walks with the children and does not have written permission to leave the premises.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Ongoing Professional Development
Educator had insufficient ongoing professional development hours and did not meet diverse learner's requirement. Please take more trainings and send certificates to Licensor once completed.
Educator reports that [REDACTED] tracked [REDACTED] attendance in an app, which [REDACTED] no longer has access to. Licensor discussed the need for Educator to keep attendance in written form in case of these technical issues. Please indicate your plan for keeping record of attendance in the future.

Licensor conducted a virtual visit where Educator walked through licensed space. The following hazards were observed: The kitchen needs two drawers to be child-proofed (junk drawer and drawer with aluminum foil). Please add these locks and upload pictures as verification. There were no other hazards in licensed space.
