At the time of the visit the program did not have all of the EEC required documentation in the staff files.

At the time of the visit the program educators were not supervising the children during the following times: three children were on the swings and the educator was knitting diverting their attention from supervising the children and when the educators brought the children to wash their hands one child was left in the classroom unsupervised.

At the time of the visit the program did not have the afternoon attendance documented for the month of April.
