At the time of the visit, the licensor reviewed the parent handbook and the educator is missing information on late fees and terminating a contract.
The educator stated that she has not been using a method to ensure that children carry or have accessible the program's name and telephone number when leaving the premises to walk to the park. The licensor discussed regulation 7.11.(6)F. Each child must carry on his/her person the name, address and telephone number of the educator or childcare program whenever s/he is off the premises in the care of the program.
