One child's Individual Health Care Plan included the administration of Benadryl. However, the program did not have the Benadryl on the premises. Therefore it was not immediately available if needed.

A group of children were observed eating lunch in the upstairs hall. Staff purses were placed in an area accessible to the children. The purses were removed during the visit.
A child attending the program with a chronic medical condition did not have an Individual Health Care Plan. The licensee must maintain as part of a child's record, an individual health care plan for each child with a chronic medical condition, which has been diagnosed by a licensed health care practitioner. The plan must describe the chronic condition, its symptoms, any medical treatment that may be necessary while the child is in care, the potential side effects of that treatment, and the potential consequences to the child's health if the treatment is not administered.

-A review of two children's medication documents indicated that a child who required (REDACTED), as part of their allergy action plan, did not have it available to them at the site. -In the Pre-Kindergarten classroom, the emergency medication bag was accessible to children. This was corrected during the visit.
During the visit, one ceiling tile was observed to have a water leak. Staff stated that the church maintenance had been notified.
