On the date of this visit upon arrival the Licensor observed the children playing outside. Once inside the children were not offered an activity and were asked to seat at individual tables. The children were not allowed to get up from their seats, talk or grab an activity. The children were upset and yelling at the staff. The children and staff were yelling back and forth. The Licensor observed staff and child arguing. Four staff members sat together at a separate table to work on their school project and were not engaging with the children.

The program did not have medication for a child with a chronic medical condition.
