At the time of the visit one IHCP was incomplete.
At the time of the visit EEC observed the following potential hazards: a) Broken floor tiles in multiple classrooms. b) Rusty vents secured by tape. c) Broken cabinet doors secured by tape. d) Classroom rugs in poor repair.
At the time of the visit EEC observed disinfecting wipes and a first aid backpack within reach of children.
