Licensor walked through licensed space and observed the following hazards: Indoor: **Living room**- No hazards. **Dining room**- No hazards. **Kitchen**- There was one drawer full of knives, scissors, and other sharp objects. Please ensure a child lock is properly installed to prevent access. Educator did have the locks available but did not have proper tools to install it. **Playroom**- Licensor could not assess this room as a water heater malfunctioned and no Educator cannot use the room. Educator reports that she is waiting for insurance compensation to fix carpet. **Bathroom*- No hazards. Outdoors: There were loose wire on the deck that exceeded 6 inches. Please remove this wire to prevent a choking hazard. There was a grill and sandbox that were uncovered. Please ensure these items are covered when not in use. There was chipping paint on window sill and door of shed observed. Please ensure there is no chipping paint on the interior or exterior of the home. Please upload pictures once completed.
