Large back yard dedicated to daycare. The licensor observed disassembled playground equipment, rolled hurricane fence, wheel barrel, a boat, tree stumps, pipes, standing water on sand table and on top of the tarp covering the chairs, three garbage bags, concrete bag, fence pieces. The wooden fence on the back of the yard is broken, wire fence on the back is bent and rusted, one strip of barbed wire was observed near the wire fence. The sand box was covered with tarp. There were infant-toddler toys on top of the tarp. The toys were not clean. Play house was also not clean. Loose screen observed near the play house.
