In the living room, the book shelf was not secured posing a tipping hazard. In the kitchen, a drawer was unlocked allowing access to including but not limited to tacks, wires, and batteries.
The educator does not have a second surface able to be disposed of or sanitized.
The smoke detectors on the first floor and second floor were functioning. The smoke detectors on the basement level were unable to be assessed.
The carbon monoxide detectors on the second floor were functioning. There is no carbon monoxide detector installed on the first floor and they were unable to be assessed on the basement level.
In the outdoor area, a large trampoline was accessible. The barrier for the window well allowed for a gap larger than three inches on the bottom, the garden hose was unraveled and their brick fire pit was accessible along with charcoal spilled through out the ground.
