A carbon monoxide detector was not installed on the second floor. The carbon monoxide detector was not working accordingly on the basement. Carbon monoxide detectors must be installed on al of the floors and they need to work accordingly.

The home had firearms in the basement that were in display. The licensee must keep all firearms unloaded and either stored in a locked cabinet or equipped with a trigger lock and stored in a safe, secured place out of the reach of children. The licensee must store ammunition separately from firearms, either in a locked cabinet or a safe, secured place out of the reach of children.
One of the outlet boxes had no electric outlets or face plate, but still contained wiring. The outlet box will need a proper covering due to wires.
The home is located on a busy street. The outdoor play area must be protected with a permanent barrier to prevent the children from having access to the busy street. Please indicate what steps will take place when supervising the children during outdoor play and your plan for adding the permanent barrier. A tree stand was located outdoors that can create a hazard. The tree stand must be removed in an area out of the reach of the children. A few spots in the backyard had dog waste that need to be removed.

Swimming Pools/Water Safety
The towel rack located in the bathroom had a sharp side exposed that can create a hazard. The towel rack must removed or the sharp side of the towel rack must be properly protected.
The educator has added an in-ground pool. The swimming pool is protected with a wire fence that is at least four feet high from all sides. The fence is not steardy in some of the sections. Extra posts need to be added to the fence to ensure it is completely steardy.

1.) Four of the records were missing the annual updates. 2.) Two of the records were missing the updated lead exam results. 3.) One record was missing the child's admission date 4.) Two of the enrollment packets had pages that were incomplete. 5.) The general permission of the enrollment packets did not specify the children are not taken out of the premises; please update.
The wood stove located in the dining room (currently not used for heating) did not include padding to prevent the children from getting injured. Please remove the stove from the licensed space or add padding.
