During a review of children's records, six children were missing parental consent to administer emergency medications.

Emergency medication for a child was not on the premises on the day of the visit, and emergency medications were not brought outside and readily available during outdoor play.

During a review of the children's records, progress reports were not in files. The site coordinator reported that progress reports were not conducted once a year for the school age children.
It was observed that children used hand sanitizer before eating snack, instead of washing hands with running water and soap as required.
The fire inspection is expired.

The Site Coordinator was alone with 14 children for 17 minutes. The program must maintain sufficient numbers of qualified staff to promote the health, safety, growth and development of each child.
Supervision of Children
It was observed that the educators could not appropriately supervise children when two children were in a tent that was zippered closed.

Medication
During a review of children's files, it was found that one child is missing an Individual Health Care Plan and medication consent form.
It was found that one child's emergency medication had recently expired on 2/28/2023, and that another child's emergency medication was not stored in the original box with the prescription label affixed to the box.
