The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. The water temperature was tested and reading at 128 degrees F. The water temperature needs to be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. The home has a pellet stove that is used for heating purposes. The pellet stove was barricaded accordingly. The home has an in-ground pool. The in-ground pool was locked and properly barricaded.

Plastic bags were accessible around different areas of the program. Plastic bags need to be kept contained or out of reach from the children in care. Cleaning materials were accessible in the kitchen area. The educator did remove the items at this visit. Detectors were tested and they were working accordingly and installed on all of the floors. The water temperature was reading below 120 degrees F.
Trash bags were accessible outdoors. Trash bags need to be kept contained or out of reach of the children in care.
