Review of 3 children's files found 1 file without a current progress report and an expired physical.

Attendance not accurate in one classroom. Eight children were marked in and only seven were in the classroom. When a child transitioned to another classroom they were not marked out on the attendance roster.
Not all toothbrushes found stored in a sanitary manner. Some toothbrushes were found touching and one classroom had a dustpan resting on top of the toothbrush holder.
Not all classrooms had current list of allergies/medical conditions and life-saving medications.
