The water temperature in handwashing sinks in Infant 3 and Infant 4 classrooms exceeded 120°F.
During the EEC walk through the door to the kitchen was observed open. There must be a barrier between the children's activity space and the kitchen.

In the kitchen, there was an open bag of Wheat Thins that was not stored in a sealed container.
In the Preschool 2 classroom, the refrigerator thermometer read 45F. Food requiring refrigeration needs to be stored between 32F-40F.
In Preschool 2, food was observed in a trash barrel without a lid.
In the Infant 1 and Infant 2 shared handwashing sink, the water temperature was moted as 130F. Running water in sinks used by children must not exceed 120 F.
A sampling of children's medications was reviewed. One child's Individual Health Care Plan did not include consequences if medication is not administered approved by the child's doctor.

In Preschool 1, there was a child on a cot observed obstructing the classrooms second exit. Exits and evacuation routes must be kept clear of obstructions.
