In several classrooms, paint on the walls showed evidence of chipping/peeling. It should be noted that classroom chipping/peeling paint was cited at previous EEC visit in December, 2023, but has not been addressed, despite the program's submitted Plan for Compliance stating that this facility issue would be corrected.

The following facility issues were noted: 1. Dirty bathroom floors in classrooms 2. Dirty sinks in classrooms and bathrooms 3. Wet/Loose ceiling tiles in classrooms and hallways 4. Dirty rugs in classrooms It should be noted that several of these same facility issues were cited at previous EEC visit in December, 2023, but have still not been addressed, despite the program's submitted Plan for Compliance stating that facility issues would be corrected.

The following was noted during EEC visit: 1. The paint in several classrooms was peeling/flaking 2. Ceiling tiles in the Learning Adventures Room showed evidence of water damage 3. Two lengthy cords in the Discovery Preschool Room were accessible to children 4. Diaper creams/ointments in several classrooms were accessible to children 5. Several bathrooms/classrooms were cluttered, dirty, disorganized and did not include toilet paper or paper towels.
