Emergency medications readily available
One child had no medication consent forms for their prescribed emergency medications (2). The name of the child was shared during the exit interview.
None of the children who are prescribed an over-the-counter emergency medication [REDACTED]) had it readily available at all times. The program purchased the over-the-counter medication and stored the bottle in the administration office. When the PS children go to the community playground, for example, the emergency medication is not readily available. One child who is prescribed emergency medications (2) did not have them available on site. The names of the above children were shared during the exit interview.
