At the time of the visit the program was not supervising the children on the following: When an educator brought several children to the bathroom they did not check the bathroom to ensure it was cleared and the educators did not redirect several of the children in the cafe when they were not interacting positively with their peers.

At the time of the visit the program did not have an effect way of communicating with the children when they arrived at the program as no one directed the children where to go or what to do.

At the time of the visit a couple of the staff records did not have evidence showing qualifications for the role of Group Leader as their degree/High School Diploma was missing.
At the time of the visit several of the children and the educator serving the food did not wash their hands.

Supervision of Children
During the visit the children were drawing in the Cafe and running in the gym with little to no interactions between the educators and children.
The program did not use good judgement with supervision of the child when in the gym and cafe due to the behavioral characteristics of each child and the number of educators supervising each group and their qualifications.
