The EEC Licensor noted one employee listed has a BRC that expired 6/15/2025
The EEC Licensor observed the following: 1. The children from the upstairs classroom are coming and going to the downstairs classroom unattended. 2. Children in the downstairs classroom were left with an unqualified staff member who lacked first aid training.
The Licensor noted that the attendance is consolidated into a single system, allowing children to move freely between the first and second floors without accurate attendance tracking. Attendance is recorded on one form, with handwritten records for each floor noted on a plain piece of paper that simply lists the names of the students.
The EEC Licensor noted the following: 1. Stair tread coating is broken on multiple steps leading to the second-floor classroom, causing a safety hazard. 2. Licensor observed 4-5 water-stained ceiling tiles 3. The Program Director's desk on the second floor has cords dangling across the right side of the desk, causing a safety hazard.
The licensor noted that the First Aid Kit was missing band aids, cold pack, tweezers, thermometer, and scissors.
The EEC Licensor noted that the first-floor handwashing sink had a broken soap dispenser.
