Missing the Progress Reports for some of the children enrolled in the program. Progress Reports are not being completed in the frequency required in the regulations.
Upon arrival to the home, the licensor observed a four month old infant left in the playroom while the educator was in the kitchen feeding the other children present. It was the infant’s first day in the program.
Educator did not have accurate attendance sheet.

Mucinex, vitamins and numerous medications were accessible to children on the kitchen table. One kitchen drawer lock was not working properly at the time of the visit. There was a knife and a can opener accessible to the children. Foam puzzle pieces were stored on top of the diapering surface. Dog water bowl was accessible to the children in the hallway.
Per educator, she does not have a curriculum plan.
