Kitchen: Some of t cabinets safety locks are not working and there are sharp/cutting utensils and detergent in them.
The educator's parent handbook is missing information the educator is required to provide to parent. Licensor referred the educator to EEC sample parent handbook for reference.
The refrigerator thermometer read 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
