According to the educator's attendance records, program has been out of ration in the afternoons for the weeks beginning 07/11/2022, 07/18/2022, 07/25/2022, and week beginning 08/01/2022. Attendance documents the assistant leaving the program at 3:00pm and 4:00pm when more than 6 children are still present.
