There was a wooden storage bench in the hall space that did not have protective closures to prevent top from injuring a child opening it.

The gas fireplace and brick hearth in the playroom was accessible and needed to be blocked off.
The table in the office had protruding edges that needed to be covered and to be secured. A shoe shelf in the office, two wooden play kitchens in playroom and a blue shelf in the playroom were not secured.
There was a large rock that needed to be moved in the outdoor play space.
