The licensor observed the following hazards indoors: bathroom: the cabinet under the sink was not locked and there was bleach, rubbing alcohol, rust oliumn, cleaning supplies and plastic bags accessible. There was All detergent, and Downy fabric softener accessible and in the shower there was a bucket of water and a bottle of rubbing alcohol and a swifter accessible. In the hallway there were Clorox wipes on the fridge

The stair wash was not gated and children under 3 were present. The door to the stairway was open today
The licensor observed a lot of behavior issues today with the children who were present. The Educator attempted to resolve these but the techniques were not effective. The licensor observed the children to be climbing on furniture, hitting each other and grabbing toys. The Educator’s child was upset and left the childcare space and slammed and locked the door, locking the licensor , educator and the child care children in the playroom. The educator had to get a family member to come open the door.

A review of four children’s records show that : three children need an annual update, three children need an updated medical and 3 children need proof of a lead test

The licensor observed the following: a hose accessible on the ground, old exercise equipment , a large branch, a rake, old paint cans, weed killer. There is a swing set in the yard that is not in compliance.

The educator left the children sitting at the table eating snack while she left the room and took her child to the bathroom for a diaper change. The door to the playroom was closed as was the door to the bathroom.
