Observed the following: 1. Fan within children's reach in the dining area. 2. Bowl with water and pieces of cat food on the bathroom floor. 3. Even though the educator has gated the living room entrance to prevent the children from going in the room, the space is part of the license space and is not free of immediate health risks when the licensor observed a variety of bottles of alcohol on top of a stand and the same stand was unlock with a variety of bottles of alcohol. 3.A mirror reclining on a couch not secured.
