The program is not conducting parent conference or offering parent conferences as required by regulations.
Through Review of staff records checklist EEC Licensor learned 6 Educators hired in 2024 did not have evidence they competed EEC essenatil trainings prior to working with childrne. Two group leaders do not have evidence on file of work verification for their positions.
Documentation of medication administration; Current consent for medications
The program is keeping electronic documentation of staff meetings. On the day of the visit the Administrator was able to provide electronic evidence of staff meetings for September and October of 2023. There was no evidence for staff meetings in 2024.

The program had progress report forms but has not conducting progress reports as required by EEC regulations.
The parent consent for medication for a child with an IHCP did not include the parent signature or date.
The IHCP for another chid with a chronic medical condition did not include the parent signature.

Some Educator files did not contain evidence of BR suitability.
Review of staff files revealed that some files are missing required information including evidence of MMR vaccine, yearly PQR registry, and Physicals.

The program did not have a current Building Inspection Certificate on the day of the visit.
On the day of the visit the program had a main attendance list that took that took a long time to sign children in. In addition some children went to the gym while some staid in the music room and others went to the orange room. Educators did not know which children they were responsible or which children were on the premises at any given time.

There was an Educator’s handbag stored accessible and within reach of children on the day of the visit.
On the day of the visit the the posted Building Inspection had an expiration date of 11/30/2019.
Food prepared/served in safe/sanitary manner
On the day of the visit children were served snack in the gym while sitting on the floor. Licensor spoke with the Director and suggested they work with the Public School to ensure that children have access to tables and chairs for snack time.

The program did not have parental consent for the administration of medication for a child with an IHCP.
The outlets were not protected by use of a safety cover on the day of the visit.

The program files did not include evidence that the Educators meet the requirements for their positions.
The provider said that they will use a soap & water solution before using and self made bleach and water solution or a 3M Quad provided by the school. It was later learned that the 3M Quad may not have an EPA number. Please supply the EPA number for the 3M Quad solution
